Tuesday: Historic Buildings

Well..........

We went back to one of the properties we saw yesterday and have chosen........we have gone for a ground floor flat, on two levels, with three bedrooms and private garden (which will be great for the cats).  It has great public transport access too and is 15 minutes walk from town.  The potential is great - and we will now be liaising with colleagues over the next few weeks to sort out furnishings etc.

As for Zagreb - we are leaving today with overwhelmingly positive feelings.  It is a beautiful city, so interesting, with a vibrancy about it and lots of huge blipping potential.  Unfortunately, I have yet to do it justice - most of the pictures were taken really quickly or, as in this case, from the back of a moving car.  I look forward to doing a lot better soon - there is really so much there to see.

This trip was great - it has really helped us to visualise what is to come.
