After training Bruce crashes in front of the telly for 30mins before it's shower and bed.

Penultimate training session before the Midland Open on Saturday and Bruce was put through a more serious session - Gerry is on his case to follow his throws through and down onto his opponent just in case the Ippon isn't given and he needs to hold the other guy down
