Tomatoes everywhere
As part of tonights dinner, we prepared a tomato dish.
Take a load of cherry tomatoes, especially ones over-ripe and cut each in Half. Gently fry in olive oil and your chosen herb(s), thyme or oregano work well.
When they have warmed up and started to cook take off the heat and sprinkle with a good pinch of Maldon Salt
Lovely spooned over mashed sweet potato or grilled courgettes
