Daft to get excited .........
... about a haggis but if, like me, you haven't managed to celebrate Burns Night in the traditional way for some time, IT'S A BIG THING.
Four years ago I was diagnosed coeliac and have had to give up lots of my favourite foods. I have missed none more than haggis and that is why I'm excited about my dinner tonight. I have found a butcher who makes gluten free haggis and I can hardly contain myself.
As I type I can smell the wonderful temptation cooking in the kitchen. The neeps are ready, the tatties are ready and ........................
