Fish Market
Our life has pretty much returned to normal which means we are back to shopping at the local mercado for fresh, just off the boat fish. The vendors are always very helpful and friendly, dealing with our less-than-perfect Spanish and my incessant picture taking. The best part of buying fish here is that the vendors do all the work, they clean and prepare the fish for whatever the end process will be. Today we had the young woman cut our fish into filets and tiritas all for about half of what it would cost for just the raw fish back in the United States.
