Bottling day

One last day before Trish returns to Australia and we finally manage to bottle some wine. 200 in all with the help of Henny and Yvonne as well and, of course, Jonty who found the whole process fascinating.

Towards the end we ran out of our trusty "zorks," an Australian stopper cum cork which we love. We need to find an alternative - it's still on the drawing board.

Lizzie designed the labels this year when we had to move our "brand" from Le Couvent wine to 5000 vines. I think she's done a lovely job - don't these guys look handsome?
