A city on fire

I stopped on the motorway to take this picture, this is where some of
the big tankers travelling up the Mersey are heading. This city never
ceases to fascinate me.

For a charm of powerful trouble,
Like a hell-broth boil and bubble.
Double double toil and trouble
Fire burn and caulron bubble.
