Trust

It takes a lot of trust to let somebody else feed you. Especially when neither of you can see what's going on.

Trusting your friends sometimes feels like you've been blindfolded and they are feeding you...

You don't know what they're going to do or how they will react. Will they think I'm stupid? Will they still want to be friends? Will they talk to me again? Will they tell everyone else? Is it worth the risk?

But trust is a strange thing. It seems to draw people closer to one another rather than building a wall between them. I think that if we acted according to our gut instinct and didn't talk ourselves out of doing things then the world would be radically transformed. Trusting - it's worth the risk because often I find that if I feel like I can trust someone I probably can.
