Tea

This didn't look much for tea tonight - just one stuffed pepper - but actually it was more filling than it looked - helped by the large amount of french stick I also consumed. It could've done with some salad or greenness with it, but I bought the ingredients in a hurry at lunchtime and wasn't thinking straight.

Went out for my first run tonight. Legs have just about recovered now!
