curves...

...on a leaf from the red poinsettia

i feel like i should stand up - declaring in a loud voice... i am a leaf - plant - flower - nature - obsessor (is that even a word?) but yes, i'm obssessed with all things nature... this week it appears to be leaves... because this is the 2nd day i'm posting a leaf - i couldn't help myself... really - i swear to you - the little thing was whispering to me as i passed by... not loud, just a soft raspy:

pick me... pick me... i'm your blip today

who could refuse a plea like that - i ask you... could you? of course not... no one wants to disappoint... especially when it's a soft plea - not all in your face. and then - once i got it up on the computer and really looked - its curves leaped off the screen at me...

curves are a good thing... you can drive around curves very fast - circles have curves which are fun - women can be curvy which leads to lots of various discussion - there is curvature in landscape and architecture which is always fascinating - we live on a curved planet... everywhere you look there is a curve of some sort - it can be literal or figurative, think about it... let it be a funky kind of thing to wrap your mind around - that could be considered another curve - boo! it's made for...
