The wonders of technology

There was a time when we went running and worked out distances from looking at a map, or just guessing!
Either way, we always ran further and faster than we do now, because of technology!
As the years have gone by I have slowed down, and now have a whole load of data to prove it :)

But, I don't do too badly considering all the other things I do as well as running.

Oh, and marathon number 11 looks imminent: Blackpool on 11th March I think, as a training run for London.
