Here's your hat, what's your hurry!

This is a rather grainy photo but the circumstances of it were very funny.

This being Saturday, my husband said he would take Bruce for a walk.
There was a lot of kerfuffling in the utility room as he got ready, aided by Bruce of course, and it seemed to be taking a while to get togged up. Suddenly, a very excited, bouncy Bruce burst through the door into the kitchen, with my husband's cap firmly in his mouth. He ran around ( Bruce that is ) with such a pleased expression on his face that a photo was required! Trying to get an exuberant spaniel to keep still while a photo is taken is tricky. However, he sat, for a second, and I quickly clicked.

Apparently, my husband had his cap on, but in the Bruce melee it had fallen off only to be quickly snatched up by Bruce who clearly thought that if he kept a good hold of it in his mouth, my husband wouldn't go without him!

So funny and so endearing . . . . . . . . . . .
