Feverfew
A traditional medicinal herb with citrus-scented leaves and flowers reminiscent of daisies. Good for headaches, arthritis and digestive problems but can come with severe side-effects, to be used under medical guidence.
I have a few Feverfew plants in my garden, some can get quite large. They love the nooks and crannies of the cobblestones and hidden corners where they strongly anchor themselves.
A dull day today, quite cold but found hubby and I working in the garden round 5pm after the painter called to say hes arriving at 8 am tomorrow to prepare the outside of the house for painting. We had a bit of clearing to be done with a few overgrown climbers. We worked away busily as Daughter E prepared Chicken and Almond Filo pastries, the smell drifting through the garden was divine and the tasting afterwards was delicious!! Thanks to Daughter E for our scrumptious tea.
I backblipped yesterdays shot if your interested - a slightly painted take on the landscape view of our Harakeke.
Must fly now as there's still plenty of jobs to be done and I guess an earlier night ready for the early starts of the forthcoming week.
Have a great week :)
