From the Inside
The sunroom at Cramahe House is my most favorite room as it enables one to experience the outside visualy while keeping warm. I had it built in 2000 as I was unable to get any great views of the wonderful countryside in most of the other rooms. The windows in the church are etched glass, light comes through, but it is very difficult to see anything in particular. Although on a bright sunny winter day like today, the natural light floods into the church making it very warm and inviting...........a great place to read or have a nap.
As you can see I have a obsession with 'cobalt blue' glass. Some of them still have their original contents in them......like Evening in Paris perfume and Milk of Magnesia. Although I have always admired cobalt blue glass, the obsession began when my Niece bought me a vase. People gift me the most wonderful peices.
Happy Sunday everyone from Nothumberland County, Ontario, Canada.
