Wrong Era

EdieBeth and I were tempted into Leeds today to see the new Silver 70s exhibition at the Leeds City Museum.

It struck me as a very middle class view of the decade with lots of G-Plan and even a fitted kitchen with a 'magic corner'! Even so there were a lot of references we remembered such as Space Hoppers, Loon Pants and Chopper bikes.

I'm pretty sure there were a few mistakes too. Like The Chinese Lady who I think of as more 60's and a brown vinyl 'deck chair thing that was 80's MFI but over all it was a nice trip down memory lane.

Thankfully there were no candid shots of me in 6button high-waster Oxford Bags (green) Grouch Marx shirt with the ridiculous collars.......
