A Whisper of Pink

This day was entirely too hot for the end of January -- 80 degrees F.

So for an apology for the heat, as Sunday made its exit, it blew us a pink kiss, wrapped itself in blue, and vanished.

If I could rewind January, then when I tapped "play," it would arrive a little cooler, a little more like winter.

I do realize that there is no positive power in complaining. Therefore this is not a complaint; it is a suggestion . . . next time January arrives, winter should come with it.

The 29th is always a good day -- no matter what the temperature! ;-)
