Hero and Fi-borg

Hero and Fi came down from London to have a good ol' catch up today as I haven't seen them both since the summer. I always like it when people come down from the big smoke and insist on seeing the sea - I forget it's there sometimes! We had a lovely afternoon of wandering, chatting loads and eating cake. A perfect Sunday.
