Gypsy's date with the Farrier

Gypsy the pony has been without shoes for a few weeks to stop the snow balling in her feet, but the muddy fields are so frozen hard these days she can't walk properly on them - we can't win! So she was re-shod this morning. Decided to take a few photos of the farrier in action and like how the red-hot horseshoe glows white against the sepia.
