My least favourite task in running a business: book keeping. There's really no avoiding it however as it's VAT return time. Rats. Anyone who thinks it's possible to run a paperless business is (IMO) mistaken. Piles of receipts from travel, food, hotels, mobile bills, bank statements, blah blah blah.
