Out with the old (and the cold)

This has been the bane of our working life for the last 3 weeks, the flue fell off our boiler and when they came to service/fix it they discovered that it was absolutely kaput so we need a new one. Finally they came today and removed this the old one, hopefully they'll get the new one working tomorrow.
