Hop-on Hop off Bus Tour

Had a fantastic night's sleep so rip, roaring and ready!! There is so much to take in - didn't know where to start - so we took the" hop on hop off" open topped bus (and we got concessions! ) A great decision. The city is so alive, vibrant and colourful - weather was glorious which added to the enjoyment. Our first stop was circular Quay where the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera house are situated - we wandered all around drinking in the magnificent sights. We hopped on and off the bus for another hour or so then continued to Bondi beach! You would have loved this Nick!! Just like all the pictures - lots of bronzed, fit, handsome lads with surf boards - beach was crowded and lots of waves for the surfers. More "hopping" then back to get ready for a starlight dinner cruise around the Harbour.
The cruise was fabulous - we felt very indulgent !! We dressed up for the occasion and so glad we did. We were asked if we were here for a special occasion - and surprise surprise we had sparklers on our dessert ! We sailed around Syndey Harbour as we enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal then danced at the piano bar to Elton John. A fitting end to a wonderful day was a firework display from Darling Harbour
