Tourists

It's 6 0'clock and we've just got in - exhausted - have been on our feet since 10 this morning (bought a box of chardonnay and are now chilling out ! )
Real tourists today ! Went to the aquarium - absolutely amazing - Fin and T bone would have loved this ! There was a mock-up of the Gt Barrier Reef - and quite honestly it was better than the real thing ! The exhibits were so good - we even walked through a glass tunnel so there were fish all around us -totally mesmerising. Then it was to Sydney Wildlife - we walked through different habitats - butterfly tropics, gum tree valley and the Outback. We saw kangaroos and emus in the outback, watched a huge croc being fed and stroked the koalas. Our final visit of the day was to the Sydney Tower and eye. This is the highest building in Sydney - over 300 mtrs high and totally mind blowing - the views - 360 degrees are absolutely amazing. I was fine until Alan mentioned 9/11 - then I got a bit paranoid and wanted to come down!
