Uh oh who's been rocking the machine?

I can see their reasoning if it was a snack vending machine - but it's actually a coffee machine.
Does this mean a person (or persons) is consistently trying to tip this machine in an effort to release boiling hot liquid? Surely not?
I'm tempted to stake it out and catch the culprit to ask them.
