Gym Day Blue

It's been a lwhile since I did a Pano, so here we go.

This was the view from the bridge over the motorway on the way to gym. It was nice that the path, that can be so muddy, was frozen solid so no mud splats on the bike ride.

A good sesh at the gym and nice steam and sauna. Also a hair cut on the way home courtesy of Joanna at Blacks on Main Street. Joanna is such a character, an ex model related to Barrington Black (a barrister who was never out of the news at one time) She is so entertaining if immodest.

Then a text from a stranded Lauren who needed a lift home from work ( she got it ) Back to ours via Rhythm and Booze. Italian Sauvignon Blanc 3 for £10 plus some South African beer for 49p a bottle. A quality Friday night is assured!
