To find the active runway, and get me on my way

I know how you get to work, 'cos I've seen your parked up Harley
But apart from that you're as anonymous as Charlie's Angels' Charlie
Your reassuring radio voice, comforts me like no other
But all I've seen is your silhouette, like Norman Bates' mother
