Mussel Boat

Mussels are farmed in the bay and these boats are a regular site as the mussel farmers go out to tend their crops. I am sometimes given a bucket of mussels by a farmer , then we gorge ourselves. There are so many ways to prepare them. In the background is the cemetery in the area known as The Abbey.
I walked part of the way round our bit of the bay this morning. There are 7 different sorts of exercise machines, robust and yellow. I've not yet been to a gym but these machines are like an adults playground. It was a brilliant idea to install them. Lets hope it enhances the health of the town.

Pity it has turned wet again. I need to catch up on sleep tonight .
