Torrential rain all afternoon.

I popped into the People's Palace where there is a tribute to mark the 30th anniversary of the death of Alex Harvey of the Sensational Alex Harvey Band. Big crowds in attendance showing he is still fondly remembered.

In the morning a rowan tree was planted on Glasgow Green in his memory.

Surviving members of the band were in attendance to give speeches in the afternoon. Fans were asked to bring along and show off their own memorabilia.

Fans were also invited to sign a brick on this wall dedicated to his Vambo track.
