A room I can only dream for

Had a brillaint day with two amazing friends, one of those days when you leave the world behind and have fun doing the thing you love..or the two things I love, sewing and eating! Have been spoiled with homemade soup and bread, muffins, and christmas cake, oh yes pizza as well in there for good measure.

I did manage to cut up a few strips and sew a few together but the day was for friendship and laughter just for us, a rare treat in our busy worlds.

Jacquies sewing room is a sight of wonderment and envy, I felt like a kid in a sweetie shop, fabric, buttons, cottons and lots of other stuff all in a room specially for sewing, oh what I would give for that!

Home to more friends and our first snow, roaring fire and yet more food
