Bread Line 2

This terrible photo shows bread from bread line 2 making its way from the shaper to the proofer. The door on the left hand side shows bread in the proofer, in here it stays for a short time to allow the yeast to start to grow. From here it is taken away and loaded into oven pans, from there through the main prover where the yeast culture really does its stuff.

The conveyor on top right takes bread from the proofer to the pans.
