Shaper

I've taken all these photos in the wrong order. Today's photo is of the shaper, which is directly before yesterday's shot of the proofer. The shaper follows the divider which is below and after the mixer.

The divider, divides the dough into the rough rectangle pieces of dough you see entering the shaper on the left. The dough is rolled into the balls you see on the right hand side by the shaper. From here they head via conveyor to the proofer.
