Frustrated by outrageous on-line booking fees for the show I want to see I went into full on curmudgeon mode and stomped down to the Box Office in person to get tickets and I'm really quite glad I did. Not only did I save nearly a quarter of the ticket price (!!) in fees but the chap behind the desk was very friendly and helpful.

Hooray for real, live humans with a pleasant manner!
