The school field as of 8.25am.
Those with wellies were allowed out at breaktime. Those who did not go in with wellies because their mothers know how strict the headteacher is about uniform and had no idea wellies were an option, were not allowed out.

And now then there's a burst water main at school and it's shut tomorrow (so children#1&3 are home) but the trip is still on (so child#2 is not).
