Toastie

I've been soooo cold today at work. We have no central heating, just electric heaters and I'm always the first one in. Mondays are always sooo cold in the office!

Yesterday I invested in some thermal socks from M&S and dug out my birthday present from my friends Kathy and Derek. They love all things Swedish - Roxette, Ikea and ... well that's about it really! Anyway, back in November they bought me some slippers from Ikea. It's like wearing duvets on your feet, lovely and warm, as you can see.

So, I've been relaxing this evening with my feet up on the new foot stool with Joe on my lap watching Diamond Queen. Isn't she fab?! Isn't Andrew Marr clever to get her family to talk about her?! I've had my brush with royalty you know, I've been to a garden party at Buckingham Palace!
