Bird abattoir!

One of two days of work this week done and not back til Friday! Busy day and not a nice one either!

Got home to find my delightful enterprising cat had turned my kitchen into an abattoir of birds! Took me forever to clean up all the blood, bits, feathers and bowel motions! Blip is of the mess from a distance but just be grateful I didn't post the close up pics!

Have chilled on sofa all night. Hope hubby is ok at his HR meeting tomorrow about the consultation for his proposed redundancy. I will be able to go and see him afterwards.

Spoke to and saw baby nephew on FaceTime tonight. Still a cute little miracle!
