Thrush

Now that the Thrushes and Red Wings have eaten all the red berries on my tree in the garden they have made a start on these sloes, which grow in the hedgerow opposite my house. I was able to take this from the front doorstep without going outside in the snow; so a bit of a lazy blip today. I chose this one, which although not as sharp as it might have been, does show the thrush in flight and some of the sloes still on the bush.

A catching up day today, backing up computers and iPad and during necessary jobs. Later I will supervise my grandchildren when they come home from school until their parents, who will be later than usual, arrive home.
