Use it or lose it?

We're technically on holiday.
However we are, geographically, at home.

A while ago I blipped our local, from the outside.
We were much relieved that it had been done up, rather than sold.
All the other locals within our 'walking distance' vicinity have fallen by the wayside.

We have 'used it' before.
It does not disappoint :-)
And, though it's not even Friday, the red wine forecast was accurate :-)
Because we're on holiday!
We have considered waking up in the spare room tomorrow, to kid ourselves we're not really at home.
But Prudence says it's silly.
