Zenkov Cathedral

I had a bit of time today before we held an alumni event in Almaty. My colleague had been keen to see an Eastern Orthodox Church so we ventured out in the snowy conditions to find the Zenkov Cathedral. It's a gorgeous and colourful structure, made out of wood and with no nails, that has withstood earthquakes in the region.
