Up close!
Spent most of the morning chasing up folks who ought to have Disclosures and who don't. They know they ought to have them yet they don't chase them up. However when you tell them they won't get paid they are not long in finding the forms that were sent to them ! The afternoon was filling more forms, more calls and chasing up guitars and all manner of instruments all over the West coast. I should have a job in some sort of logistics!
Made the best pot ever of lentil soup, it was so good I had two plates, what a greedy guts. I could have happily stayed at home rather than going to my really serious camera club, but I did the right thing and braved the elefants and went out to it. Speaking of elephants the photo I entered for the nik nak competition got a respectable 17/20 even though it was out of focus. In fact all the top nik nak marks went to the women tonight! though the men redeemed themselves with landscapes etc. The judge was really good and made me think about the things I should think more about though I have to admit to being a very lazy photoagapher! Still a good evening and some fantastic shots
The above pic is an up close and personal shot of Lochgilphead taken with my mates 75-300 lens. Don't think I would buy one for myself as Im not sure I would use it much. I only have two lenses for my big camera and just get by with them, can't afford any more.
Happy blipping all
