Fútbol

I was invited to attend the championships of the over-40 fútbol league by one of our neighbors at the complex. He plays every Monday on a 50+ league and was looking to watch some of his buddies play. The field was at a three-field complex in Ixtapa. It was better maintained than anything I ever played on while in the United States. Even though most of these men were past their prime, they played hard - fighting for every ball like is shown here. The local Zihua team ended up losing 2-1 to a team from Coacoyul.
