Another Empty

Scotland in decay - another empty shop in Stirling. No doubt a common story throughout many towns in the country. Small shops in what were once traditional shopping streets now lying empty with shopping concentrated in big malls. I suspect it would take people with exceptional vision and resources to turn this malaise around.
