Blue Screen of Death

Got a nice shiny new laptop at work last week. Its got some mega super-duper disk encryption security system on it - which apparently has proved a bit too secure as wouldn't start up today and locked me out and not even our systems expert could get back in. Someone from Houston is sorting it out this afternoon. Good job I wasnt away on a trip anywhere :-)
