Needed a simple blip and had a pile of change turfed out on my bed and took a closer look at it.

I slept well last night and today I've been emailing people P knows online to let them know why he's been out of touch.
I'll print them off and leave them with him to read at his leisure next week.

I've ordered him a mobile phone with an emergency button so he can contact me from anywhere in future. He can have it as an early birthday present. :)

Feel like I'm slowly coming back down to earth.
