Instant Borscht is Gonna Get You

What all the weather recently it seemed time to try the instant borscht and pierogi from one of the many Polish delis that have sprung up in the last few years. I'm a fan of Polish food but mainly consider it a winter thing, three days of constant rain and it becomes warming food for a Scottish Summer.

I seem to have accumulated an awful lot of photographs taken out of the front of the car with the camera set on continuous drive and my finger on shutter release, not while driving I might add! This evening I combined them all into 30 or so seconds of footage zooming around Edinburgh's streets.

By my reckoning Sunday will be 365 and I get a shiny gold camera... Can't Wait!
