Frozen in

I saw quite a few boats frozen in on the canal today while I was running. The canal is completely frozen and has been for at least 10 days now. Bits of it have a layer of snow on the ice too & it's very pretty. There's footprints all over the ice too, presumably from cats mostly who've discovered there's a whole over world on the other side of the canal that they never knew about!

I ran 9 miles today in 1hr 25 which is slightly faster than I should have done it. It's my longest run ever and makes my total for the week 20 miles.
