Saltire Golf

The weather in the east of Scotland was beautiful today - perfect for a wee thrash round the links.

I was invited to play in a competition, and I duly won it by one stroke. This was despite playing off a handicap that was 2 strokes lower then it should be.

At the after match dinner I received my winnings in cash, but not the trophy because my national handicap is currently lapsed.

I shall shut up now before I say something that may cause offence...
