Lucha Libreeeeeeeee
Today my roomies and me went to see Mexican wrestling, which was quite an experience from the very beginning.
Going there the metro was so stuffed with people that I asked Anna what she thinks is more important to protect in these circumstances, our belongings or our butts ;) Seriously, I can understand why the front part of the metros are reserved for women during the rush-hour and why there are proper buses for women, because sexual assault seems to be a big issue here and the anonymity in circumstances like these encourages people to do stupid things.
Anyway, once we got off the metro we realized that we were in a pretty sketchy area, and buying our tickets was also quite fun, because all kinds of people tried to sell tickets to us and rip uf of-which we did not let happen ;-)
But then - wohoooo- the big event! I must say that everyone that gets a chance should go and see Mexican wrestling once and have a blast about it while yelling bad words at the fighters and having a few beers, but a second visit is not required ;-)
For the Mexican feeling:
Calle 13 - Baile de los pobres
P.S.: I signed up for a tango-class today which will start on monday :)
