Brrrrrrr

Took dogs for a run on Saturday over a price of rough ground nearby. I think it was the site of a steel works back in the day. It was soooo cold.
Walking along I saw these teasels and thought how pretty they looked in their winter veils of frost. At Christmas we used to pick these and spray them gold, but so much prettier in their natural setting.
We all had a great time and digs spent the afternoon in front of the fire.
