Sunrise...

Bethany or Ewan generally have a wee grumble around 5ish in the morning. They're actually pretty consistent. It only takes a wee head stroke generally puts them back to sleep and as long as I don't do too much I can stay pretty much asleep.

Anyway, I was stumbling through this routine and crawling back into bed when I noticed the sky outside. This picture pretty much sums it up, a deep red just as the sun was starting to come up.

I got into bed but a wee niggle in my mind was wondering if I should just nip downstairs and get the camera. Glad I did.
