...to make this feel like the Caribbean! Off to Orkney for 10 days. We were on the road by 6am with the car packed to the gunnels and the kids still in their pyjamas. It is a wet windy and miserable day and the Caribbean is an in-joke with my hubby. Ella felt a bit queasy on the boat - the first time she has seemed to suffer any sea-sickness since she was a baby. We had two boat journeys today because after collecting my mum from the Orkney mainland we crossed to Hoy to stay with my Granny in Longhope for a couple of days.
