I used the old pocket camera today. Only to be reminded why I don't.

The dog/child/traffic/camera combination is not a good one. So having a camera I can hide in my pocket whilst we're getting where we're going seemed like a good idea. The camera refused to take another shot after this so it's all I've got.

I suppose when I woke up at 4.30am and couldn't go back to sleep I should have known today wasn't going to go my way. Not getting to drink my tea this morning and then burning my breakfast were fairly big 'this ain't your day, Rachel' signs too.
It's sad because I need something creative in every day and I feel like I didn't get that today.

Thank goodness I'm not one of those who expects Valentine's Day to be anything special!
